Single Copper Plain Wires
Single wires processed annealed or hard in rod breakdown machine groups can be used as inlet wire in other units of the wire drawing plant or sold packaged in steel reels (DIN 800/630 and DIN 560) or placed in carton or steel baskets. These wires are also used as inlet wire for tin or nickel plating.
Wires drawn by the intermediate and fine wire drawing machine groups are packaged onto steel reels (DIN 800/630/560/400) or plastics reels (DIN 100/160/250), in accordance with customers’ request and transported to customers.

Tin Plated Single Copper Wires
Wires tin plated by electrolytic tin plating machines are packaged either in carton baskets or reels for direct sale to customers, or in steel baskets for use in wire drawing unit of our plant. Tin plated intermediate and fine wires are packaged in reels in various types and dimensions according the customers’ request.
Wires with dimensions ranging from 1.00 mm to 2.60 mm, can be tin plated in 25 micron wall thickness.

Nickel Plated Single Copper Wires
Wires nickel plated by electrolytic nickel plating machines are packaged either in carton baskets or reels for direct sale to customers, or in steel baskets for use in wire drawing unit of our plant. Nickel plated intermediate and fine wires are packaged in reels in various type and dimensions according the customers’ request.
Wires in dimensions ranging from 0.80 mm to 2.60 mm , can be nickel plated in 27 percent by weight.
