We believe that , the most efficient way to use our products and the best way we can give service to you, lies on the path of communication.

Below you will find some necessary rules we have stated, and believe you should use these, when you check the product on arrival, while using our product and also if you have received an inappropriate material. As you can see , we value our customers as our business partners.

We hope that you will show the necessary attention to this article, which serves the purpose of giving our customers a better service.

Receiving the product and delivery supervision:

• Use a forklift while unloading, in order to avoid damaging the product
• Check if the packing material has been damaged ( rip, torn, hit, bumped etc…) during transportation
• If there is any damaged packing material, send us information ( detailed information of the damage , photographs of the spools , the reel numbers etc…) as soon as you have realised it.
• While checking the goods, if you find any damaged product, send us information ( detailed information of the damage , photographs of the spools , the reel numbers etc…) Please keep in mind that, our system doesn’t allow us to take any action, if we don’t receive the reel ID stickers information.

Stocking and using the material:

• Do not open the packaging of the material until you use it. If you have opened it due to control on delivery, re-wrap the packaging later.
• Stock the reels and/or baskets in a way , that they don’t hit and damage each other
• Stock the empty reels and baskets in an appropriate way that their inner and outer surfaces are safe from damage and corrosion.
• Protect the material from dusty ,humid places and keep it away from chemical vapor
• Be cautious not to touch the material with bare hands.
• Keep the product ID sticker on the reel, until the end of usage.
• If you have partially used a product, later cover it with nylon or carton to prevent it from harm ( like dust, humidity, chemical vapor , and physical damage )
• Fix the ends of the partially used wires, in order to prevent them from mixing. If this isn’t done properly ( especially in multi wire products) the wire may break while re-using.
• The packing materials, shouldn’t be used for any other purpose.
• In order to prevent the bunched products from turning loose, place the pay-off , adequate to the bottom end part of the product.
• If the product is sent in a basket, be sure to place the basket pay-off at least 2 metres above the baskets top.

In case of complaints and returning the damaged material back.

• You must send the reel number of the product .Without the reel number, no action will be taken.
• Send us detailed information ( sample of the wire, photographs, detailed information about how the problem occurred etc… ) so we can understand the problem. Send us the information with your complaint.
• Please take care to wrap the sample wire carefully, in order to prevent it from getting damaged even more , when you send it to us.

Returning the packing materials.

• Please send us the packing materials ( steel/plastic reels, metal palettes and metal baskets) back to us undamaged the way we sent them to you.
• Send us the reels back on the palettes and the baskets in an up-right position.

CAUTION : Use the products in 4 weeks after opening the packaging , in order to prevent it from getting oxidized.

The Production firm, can not be held responsible about the faults and damages in the product, if the customer doesn’t take the above mentioned precautions.
