Mono Wire
Flat Wire Production and Tin-Lead Coating
Ribbon Wire
PV ribbon wire is a solder-coated copper conductor used in photovoltaic solar panels. Its production begins with OFC or ETP copper inlet wire, which is first flattened using a rolling method.
After the flattening process, surface cleaning and annealing processes are performed. Immediately following the annealing step, the wire is tin-lead coated using the hot-dip method, resulting in a surface with an Sn60Pb40 solder alloy. The wire is then cooled and wound onto the desired spool types.
