Mono or Multi-Wire
Products that meet national and international quality standards, as well as custom client requirements, are produced by skilled and continuously trained personnel who embrace quality as a way of life. The electrolytic copper wire rod produced in the continuous casting facility is sent to the Wire Drawing and Bunching Facility, which is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, to take its final shape.
Since its establishment, ER-BAKIR has continuously expanded its product range and quality. Today, with the capacity and advanced equipment of its Wire Drawing and Bunching facilities, ER-BAKIR holds a significant and prominent position in the industry.
The 8 mm diameter wire rod received at the facility is processed into annealed or hard copper wires of various diameters using road breakdown machines. These wires, with diameters ranging from 1.00 mm to 4.50 mm, are either sold directly or used as inlet wires in tin-plated, nickel-plated, intermediate wire drawing, fine wire drawing, and multi-wire drawing machines.
Using cold drawing methods, mono or multi-wire products can be reduced to diameters as small as 0.05 mm.
